Korg UK is a leading UK distributor of professional quality musical instrument brands. Our brands are used by famous artists throughout the world and can frequently be seen in the studio, on the stage and on TV. We are very proud of our products and the professional reputation that we have established.
We look after the sales and support of Korg products through a network of dealers across the UK and Eire. We are part of the worldwide Korg family of companies with a Head Office in Tokyo Japan. Based in Milton Keynes we are also the exclusive UK and Eire distributors of Takamine guitars, Jupiter Brass and Woodwind, Vox amplifiers and Mapex drums.
We are active members of the Music Industries Association as we believe that we need a pro-active trade association to champion our industry and to campaign to try to expand the overall market for our products.
With Mapex and Takamine we support the Emergenza Festival which promotes musicians and bands and is the official scouting agency for Columbia Records.
With Takamine, Vox and Korg we are supporters of the International Guitar Foundation dedicated to the promotion and education of the guitar including the Annual Guitar Festival in Bath.
With Jupiter we have teamed up with Croydon Music Services to jointly fund the "Sound Start" programme, a pioneering educational program in schools, which could eventually give every child in the country the chance of learning to play a musical instrument. We are signatories to The Music Manifesto , the governments published framework for the future of music education.
Many of our products have received awards and as a company we have been awarded "Milton Keynes Employer of the Year" in the Citizen Business Awards. We also received a special mention in the category of "Customer Service".
