Are you an experienced eCommerce professional who can demonstrate success in running a range of online stores?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional eCommerce manager to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, who will be responsible for generating sales via our online channels.
We understand that we are looking for a particular kind of person who has a broad range of skills and where they do not have a skill in-depth, they have the knowledge that allows them to work accountably with those who do have those skills whether internal or external to the business.
Do you have strong people skills? This is a rapidly growing part of Korg and being able to articulate value and build consensus with internal stakeholders will be extremely valuable.
We have a diverse technology stack that is under constant review. We are looking to ensure that we are adhering to best practices and have complete clarity as to how that stack is managed. As is usual with eCommerce, it is rapidly changing. Though we won’t necessarily be chasing each new piece of technology, we do want to ensure that our customers have the rich experience that you would expect from a brand like Korg. Do you also understand marketing, both on and offline? We need our websites to work seamlessly with our marketing campaigns. With being such a strong heritage brand, we have an enthusiastic audience that we want to engage with and build a brand story that is second to none. Where we have that genuine community engagement, they will help our brand succeed.
Measurement should be at the core of your thinking. Of course, we need Google Analytics and Data Studio. Anything else that is meaningful use of
data will certainly be very useful.

At least three years’ experience in a similar role, with a degree or equivalent desirable.
Proven record of delivering eCommerce revenue growth in a B2C environment.
Experience in developing digital sales strategies.
Demonstrate experience in using analytics tools to understand customer behaviour.
Experience optimising digital performance & tracking measurements.
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
Exceptional customer focus.
Deep understanding of the Magento 2 platform
Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis.
An understanding of UX
Excellent analytics and analysis skills
Strong written and communication skills in English.
